Tuesday, Feb. 28: Board of Education, regular meeting, Board of Education Meeting Room, 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, March 6: Board of Finance meeting "at which 2012-13 Board of Education Recommended Budget is submitted." 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, March 13: Board of Finance public hearing on budget, Town Hall Auditorium, 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday, March 14: Board of Education, regular meeting, Board of Educaton Meeting Room, 7:30 p.m.

Second week of March: Publication of 2012-2013 Recommended Budget in newspapers.

Saturday, March 24: Tour of schools, starting at Middlesex Middle School rotunda.

Thursday, April 5: Board of Finance "work session with Board of Education, review Board of Education budget," room to be announced, 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, April 10: Board of Finance, preliminary vote on budget

Wednesday, April 11: Regular Board of Education meeting

Wednesday, April 12: Board of Finance final vote on budget

Monday, May 14: Representative Town Meeting approval of 2012-13 Darien budget, Town Hall Auditorium, 8 p.m.
