Middlesex Students Make CTY Cut with Standout Test Scores

If memories of the SAT or ACT still fill you with dread, just imagine taking it as a seventh grader.

Seventeen Middlesex Middle School seventh graders recently qualified for the Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth Intensive Studies Programs by receiving qualifying scores on the SAT or ACT college entrance exam.  

The tests were taken as part of the Johns Hopkins' annual talent search, which is the nation's oldest and most extensive academic talent search.

The qualifying students were Kyle Canelli, Charlie Cragin, Katie Conn, Kiera Xanthos and Sarah LeHan, Dylan Neal, Josh Gleason, Kristen Moran, Laura Pizzani, Sarah Garijo-Garde, Molly Weinstock, Catherine Finnegan, Chloe Onbargi, Timothy Stowell, Katie Tsui, Connor Wind, and Katie Jarrett.
