Three property sales were recorded last week by the Town Clerk:
- 54 Holly Ln.: Riedel Enterprises Inc. sold to Alan Lui and Cheryl Lui for $2,575,000.
- 3 Circle Rd.: John P. Stoma and Karen M. Stoma sold to Peter C. Collins and Tegwyn A. Collins for $1,500,000.
- 49 Holly Ln.: Joseph L. Rowan sold to Gregory C. Smith and Victoria Smith for $1,080,000.
