Two property sales were recorded last week by the Town Clerk:

• 39 Stony Brook Rd.: Susan E. Flanagan and Thomas K. Flanagan, trustees of the Susan E. Flanagan Revocable Trust, sold to Number 39 Stony Brook Road LLC for $2,000,000.
• Woods End Rd.: William F. Carlson and Winifred O. Mead, trustees of the Margery J. Carlson Revocable Living Trust, sold to James Michaelson and Jean Michaelson for $1,025,000. (This property is described as parcel A on Town of Darien Map 4652, located at the southeast corner of Woods End Rd. and Sylvan Rd.)
