- 143 Five Mile River Rd.: James B. Kane sold to Jay B. Kane for $2,000,000.
- 16 Locust Hill Rd.: Adam Thier and Elizabeth A. Thier sold to Laura J. Schroeder and Ryan K. Schroeder for $1,145,000.
- 21 Country Club Rd.: Thomasine G. Kregos sold to David A. Eagle and Devon C. Eagle for $885,000.
- 7 Fitch Ave.: Laura J. Schroeder and Ryan K. Schroeder sold to Katherine M. Boulier and Charles J. Boulier IV for $780,000.
- 44 Phillips Ln.: John L. Goodall Est. c/o Susan Goodall sold to Nicholas Despoelberch for $650,000.
