Q&A with Robin Argiriou

Question:   When did you join Al Filippone Associates?
Robin:        In January 2014. I came over from another Darien real estate firm.

Question:   What work were you doing previously?
Robin:        I worked as an implementation manager for a healthcare company. I was responsible for coordinating multiple sectors within the company. I was also the liaison for the client. This position required great detail, organization and excellent customer service skills. These skills translate directly to real estate.

Question:   What do you love most about real estate?
Robin:        Helping people. Buying and selling a home is exciting but it can also be stressful. It is a very emotional process. Being able to provide a service that makes that process easier on a family is so rewarding!

Question:   What about real estate is most intriguing?
Robin:        Every client, every house, every situation is different.

Question:   If you had one message what would it be?
Robin:        In our current market, I would tell prospective sellers not to wait. Darien inventory is low. However, there are many motivated buyers out there. If you are thinking of putting your house on the market, now is a great time.

Question:   When you are not working, what do you do in your spare time?
Robin:        I love antiques and interior design. I am passionate about (horse back) riding. But my favorite thing to do outside of work is to spend time with my family and chase after the joy in my life, my three young daughters!
