Local Artist Steve Fritsch Exhibits at Darien Arts Center

The Darien Arts Center hosts an exhibit for long time student Steve Fritsch.

Steve Fritsch studied illiustration and painting for five years at Paier School of Art in New Haven, Connecticut, and after graduation has exhibited his artwork along the east coast.

Most of his professional career was spent as an Art Director (BBDO, NYC) and working out of his own studio in New York. Now things are quite a bit simpler, with his in home studio in Darien.

Fritsch is a long time student at the DAC, studying seascape painting and oil with teacher and fellow artist Joe Lamorte. Seascapes and gardens are a common theme for this exhibit of giclee prints now on display in the DAC Lobby.
