Meet Jack, He is a Handsome Boy in Need of a Forever Home

Jack-
Ho hum, my name is Jack. I was rescued from a really bad neighborhood where I had been living on the streets. I had to eat out of dumpsters. Sometimes I got lucky and someone would throw away an old sandwich. Once in awhile someone would feel sorry for me and throw a can of cat food my way. It was a really hard life. I got into fights with other male cats. I wasn't neutered then. Someone gave me FIV.
Lucky for me this really nice lady came by and found out I was there with my girlfriends and our babies. She packed us into carriers and took us to the vet. Well, that's where I got neutered and learned about my FIV. It's not a big deal to me. I'm quite healthy. I don't fight with anyone anymore. But I never liked fighting anyways. I just had to defend myself. I'm really a nice guy, even a little shy sometimes.
So, this nice lady has let me live in her garage with one of my babies mommas and my grown daughter, whose super shy. She even had a catio built just for us. It's so cool. My girlfriend actually got adopted by another nice lady just recently. So, now it's kind of lonely down in the garage. My caretaker wants me to find a great home too. She loves me but has other cats of her own already and wants me to have a wonderful home where I can be in the house and have lots of love. I don't go outside anymore, just on my catio. It's okay. I don't mind being indoors.
Well, if you think you could give me a nice home and don't mind that I have this FIV thing, then please call so we can meet. As I said, I'm living with this nice lady now, I'm not at the shelter, but she would arrange for us to meet.
Thanks for reading my story. I hope to hear from you soon. I promise to keep your lap warm next winter!
