I’d like to thank the nearly 100 people that turned out for the Darien Democratic Town Committee’s “Summer Cooler” fundraiser on Sunday. It was an amazing event graciously hosted by MaryEllen and Scott Moore. The impressive attendance showed tremendous support for our Democratic candidates and elected officials. The highlight of the evening was a wonderful speech by our featured guest, Connecticut’s First Lady Cathy Malloy.
We are so fortunate to have such an incredible group of people in Connecticut dedicated to public service. And how lucky we were to have several of them in attendance on Sunday, including:

- Rob Werner, Candidate for State Rep, 141st district
