In these two photos, Ox Ridge third grader Jeremiah Stafford (left) and fourth grader Frank Drugge build and then test out their mechanical fishing rod made of Lego bricks.
In the Legos Simple and Motorized Mechanism class, an enrichment program offered by CompuChild, Ox Ridge students put together and explore simple machines and understand their mechanisms, investigate motorized Legos, and study gearing mechanism.
Unlike Lego Robotics, this class does not attach Lego creations to a computer laptop.
