P2P hs promoted Janet King as New Volunteer Director from In-Kind Manager. King has been on staff at P2P for 2 years and has more than 20 year of experience in people management and human services.
Exceptionally energetic, motivated, creative, and detail-oriented, Janet brings her love for people and service to the P2P staff.
Over the last two years she has provided leadership and training to more than 250 volunteers and managed our emergency food pantry inventory and facilities to serve over 20,000 clients annually.
Some of Janet’s extensive experience includes roles such as Membership Director, Marketing Representative and Management.
We are excited to officially have Janet in this role and look forward to building volunteerism at P2P and growing relationships with those who selflessly give to the needs of others.
She makes every single volunteer at P2P feel special and we know she will continue to champion the P2P motto: “Helping others, one person at a time.”
