March 7 Public Info Meeting on Rest Stops

Update, 4:43 p.m., Tuesday:

The Department of Transportation's public meeting on redevelopment of the Darien rest stops on Interstate 95 has been postponed to March 7, Darien Planning & Zoning Director Jeremy Ginsberg has announced.

The meeting, which was to be held Wednesday, was postponed "due to the inclement weather predicted tomorrow," Ginsberg announced on Tuesday.

The meeting is now scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. in the library, 1441 Post Rd.

Public Information Meeting about the Darien Service Plazas

Project Service LLC will hold a public information meeting on Feb. 29 to explain the redevelopment of the Darien Service Plazas.

The public is invited to listen to a brief presentation about the redevelopment plans for the Darien Service Plazas and ask questions regarding the upcoming construction.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 29 at Darien Library, 1441 Post Rd.
