Annual Rowayton House Tour Scheduled for Sept. 20

The tour features six homes in the historic Pine Point and Bell Island associations. Scheduled for Friday, Sept. 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the event is hosted by the Rowayton Civic Association (RCA).

Six homes in the historic Pine Point and Bell Island associations will open their doors for the third Rowayton House Tour on Friday, September 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Named "September by the Sea," the tour is hosted by the Rowayton Civic Association (RCA) and features residences meant to reflect the coastal charm of this waterfront community.

The decorated homes on the tour are a variety of styles and sizes and have been designed by well-known local architects, including Roger Bartels and Bruce Beinfield.

Each home is close to the shore of Long Island Sound and each offers exceptional views. Pick up tour maps at Bayley Beach and from there walk the town's picturesque streets to each house. Shuttles also will be available.

A lunch is planned at the private Roton Point club, although tickets for meals must be bought in advance.
