Darien police have issued this statement about traffic restrictions related to this year's Boy Scout tag sale at the Scout Cabin on West Avenue:
The annual Boy Scout Tag Sale will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2013 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Scout Cabin on West Avenue.
Motorists are advised to avoid this area due to traffic restrictions, which could cause delays.
This year, the eastbound lane of West Ave. will be closed from Noroton Ave. to the Scout Cabin. Detour signs will be posted.
