Political satirist and New York Times best-selling author Christopher Buckley will be at Barrett Bookstore to discuss his latest and sure-to-be-controversial work, They Eat Puppies, Don’t They? In this hilarious novel about U.S.-China relations, Buckley, the founding editor of Forbes FYI magazine and former speech writer for then Vice President George H.W. Bush, focuses his sardonic wit on fictional strivers and schemers in both Washington and Beijing. Call 203 655-2712 to reserve a seat.
