Comedy Improv Show w/ "TUG"

After the successful launch of Fairfield County’s newest comedy sensation, the Darien Arts Center announces two more performances, on July 15th and 16th at 8 pm.

The decision for the command performance came after the success of the May shows, due to tearfully delighted audiences, with many returning the second night. DAC Martial Arts Instructor Jamie Gombos left the May show saying he’d “laughed until he cried.”

The Comedy Improvisational Troupe, called “TUG,” will return to delight audiences by creating scenes on the spot with suggestions given by the audience. These scenes put the actors to the test of justifying hilarious situations with the rules of each game. Some scenes even require the help of audience members, so those who are willing and excited enough in the throes of the show get a chance to show their comedic strengths as well.
