This popular sales event features Darien merchants exhibiting along the Post Road and at the Goodwives and Noroton Heights Shopping Centers. Many bargains, with discounts of up to 70 percent, are expected to be offered.

On Saturday July 14th, Day Street will be closed to vehicular traffic to permit more people to stroll, enjoy the shade, a hot dog truck and hanging flower baskets and the inflatable children’s entertainment. There will be gift bags and free balloons from the many new shops on Tokeneke Road.
There will be children’s entertainment on Friday and Saturday with a toy on the Post Road. On Saturday there will be children’s entertainment in Noroton Heights, in front of Wm. Pitt Sotheby’s Int’l Realty, on Day Street and behind First County Bank & 1020 Post Road building to draw shoppers.

On Friday there will be Face Painters in from of First County Bank, and on Saturday there will be face painters ,in Noroton Heights by Edward Tunick Men’s Clothier.
