The Darien Youth Commission's 12th Annual Halloween Window Painting contest will be this Saturday. The contest is open to all Darien residents in Grades 6 – 12 (public and private school students are eligible). There can be no more than five members on each team, one of which must be a team captain. There is no fee for registration.
