Stand Up for Homes with Hope: Saturday Night with Darrell Hammond

Jeff Wieser, President of Homes with Hope announced that their Fifth Annual Stand Up for Homes with Hope Saturday Night with Darrell Hammond will be held on Saturday night November 10th at The Westport Country Playhouse.  Tickets for the event are now on sale through the Playhouse box office and can be purchased online, via telephone or in-person.  Prices are $200 and $150, which includes a pre-show cocktail hour provided by local caterer, a dash of salt, or $75 for the show only.  To buy tickets contact the Playhouse at 203.227.4177 or toll-free 888.927.7529 or visit their website at www.westportplayhouse.org/buytickets/.

With his well-known impressions of Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, among many others,  Darrell Hammond holds the impressive distinction of having been the longest standing cast member of Saturday Night Live, performing regularly from 1996-2010.  Throughout his career, he has been a stellar standup comedian and has also performed in numerous films, on stage and on TV, in Law & Order SVU as well as the late night shows.  He is also the author of the best-selling memoir: God, If You’re Not Up There, I’m F*cked.  His account is a telling tale of his difficult upbringing and his challenges with mental health and substance use issues, areas that are near and dear to the mission of Homes with Hope.
