Darien’s Kelly Associates Opening New Office in Rowayton
Rowayton realtors Liz Beinfield and Amanda Briggs will work out of the new location.
Darien-based Kelly Associates Real Estate is set to open a second office in Rowayton, according to a statement from the firm.
Rowayton realtors Liz Beinfield and Amanda Briggs have come aboard and will reportedly work out of the new office at 112 Rowayton Ave.
“Our firm and our family has deep roots in Darien, and our hope is that we can create the same type of relationship with the Rowayton community," Jeff Kelly, principal of Kelly Associates, said in the statement.

"We are not some national franchise attempting to enter as many markets as possible, we’re carefully and thoughtfully opening an office in Rowayton and we look forward to becoming part of that very special community," he added.
Kelly Associates was founded in 1990 by Gino Kelly.
