26 Raymond St.: Rebecca Aikman sold to Ian S. Crowe and Yvonne Ruth Crowe for $537,000.

192 Long Neck Point Rd.: Stephen E. Bepler and Kim B. Bepler sold to Craig W. Henrich and Sally E. Henrich for $4,300,000.

214 Old Kings Hwy. S: Richard L. Heinsch and Jo Ann Heinsch sold to Mark H. Pardue and Christina T. Pardue for $1,035,000.
