1687 Boston Post Road: Gerald Campbell and Judith Campbell sold to Jeffrey Corbett for $1,121,000.

111 Tokeneke Road: Robert Nevin, Jr. and Barbara Nevin sold to Michael Harrison and Laura Harrison for $995,000.

49 Coachlamp Lane: Edward Moore and Sheila Moore sold to Hui Wang and Chunhui Zhang for $880,000.

101 Leeuwarden Road: Robert Kahn and Linda Kahn sold to Kenneth Brown and Susan Steele for $1,325,000.

16 Overbrook Lane: James Goulard and Sarah Reed Goulard, Trustees, sold to 1618 Overbrook LLC for $880,000.

9 Coachlamp Lane: David Watt and Anderson Watt sold to Richard Nixon and Anne Nixon for $1,257,600.

18 Tory Hole Road: Indymac Venture LLC sold to Riverside Construction LLC for $1,750,000.
