Conceptualized by former USA Track and Field All-Academic Team star and one of Southern California’s premier running coaches and trainers, David Siik, and modeled after the age-old success of circuit training in Track and Field, RunCross utilizes short distance runs through the club’s urban surroundings that culminate in an intensive circuit-training session, followed by an accelerated paced return to the club. RunCross classes will make participants stronger, faster and more closely connected to the urban playgrounds in their very own Equinox backyards.
