Highly Experienced Trusts/Estates and Real Estate Attorney Joins Darien Firm

The Rucci Law Group is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney, Marianne C. Cirillo, whose expertise will be utilized in the areas of Trusts and Estates and Real Estate law.

Rucci Law Group partner, Joseph J. Rucci Jr., is excited to have Marianne aboard. “We believe that Marianne’s extensive experience and unwavering commitment to representing clients will be a great asset for The Rucci Law Group. Her knowledge and practice in real estate and trusts and estates law will allow us to effectively assist more clients.”

Prior to joining the Rucci Law Group, Marianne worked with the Honorable Anthony J. DePanfilis of the Norwalk/Wilton Probate District and handled estate matters for the Hon. Michael P. Murray of the Darien/New Canaan Probate District. She has also provided legal counsel through the State of Connecticut Probate Court Administration’s pro bono department. Marianne also has invaluable real estate experience as she has in the past represented purchasers, sellers, lending institutions, and title companies in both residential and commercial real estate matters. Her experience is broad and she is comfortable dealing with a wide range of clients.

Marianne grew up in Westchester County, NY. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from SUNY College at Purchase. Marianne began her career in White Plains, New York and then in New York City. She moved to Darien, Connecticut, where she has lived for the past 16 years with her husband and two sons. Throughout her career Marianne has been involved in numerous volunteer organizations and served on several local boards.  Marianne is looking forward to serving the community and providing her legal expertise to the firm’s clients in her new role at Rucci Law Group.
