Connecticut Better Business Bureau Revokes Accreditation from Three Businesses

BBB Board of Directors Determines Companies Failed to Uphold Accreditation Standards

Connecticut Better Business Bureau's Board of Directors, has voted to revoke BBB accreditation from three businesses for failing to uphold BBB's Accreditation Standards.


Patriot Concrete, LLC: This South Windsor company failed to have and/or provide a copy of the proper required licensing/registration for their line of business in the State of Connecticut which is a violation of BBB Accreditation Standards.

JD Construction: (West Hartford) This company, based in West Hartford, did not respond to two consumer complaints in a timely and professional manner as required by BBB Accreditation Standards.

Rusal Construction: This New Canaan-based company’s license to engage in home improvement issued by the Westchester County, New York, Department of Consumer Protection, has been the subject of governmental action, and its license to engage in home improvement business in Westchester County was revoked. Such government action is a violation of BBB Accreditation Standards.
