- 21 Waverly Road, Paul M Swirbul to David E. Nleson and Betsy S. Nelson, sold Sept. 13, filed Sept. 18, $1,681,250.
- 25 Outlook Drive, Barbara K. Close to Martin Hutter and Evelyn Scherr, sold Sept. 12, filed Sept. 18, $1,500,000.
