Blogging Moms: A Panel Discussion: 9:30 a.m., Darien Library. Titled "Tech Moms: A Panel Discussion," this event is all about blogging, with four Darien women who blog discussing the topic. "Are you thinking about starting your own blog? Curious to know more about how a blog and other social media platforms, like Twitter, can be used personally or professionally? Join our panel of local moms who blog and tweet about their families, jobs, and many things in between. Panelists will include Jacquie (After Words), Jennifer St. Jean (Itty Bitty Bag), Nicole Lyons (All About Darien), and moderator, Lisa Bonchek Adams (lisabadams.com)."—from the library announcement. - Get Free Tickets Now for USAF Falconaires Jazz Concert: The U.S. Air Force Academy Jazz Ensemble will perform a free concert at 7:30 p.m., March 3 at Darien High School, but tickets, which are free, must be reserved in advance, so get them now, while they last.
