All this summer you've nominated and voted for your favorite local businesses in categories ranging from Best coffee and Best restaurant when money is no object to Best spa and Best auto mechanic.
We've tallied all the poll votes and now it's time to announce the winners.
Winners were selected on the basis of which business got the most votes. In cases of a tie, the number of positive comments about a business on that contest Web page were used to break it. If there were no applicable comments, then ratings of the business on its Patch directory listing page were used.
Second- and third-place winners were selected according to the number of votes recieved. When there was a tie, no business was selected for either second- or third-place.
