Media Sale: The 's media sale  during regular hours (9 a.m.-9 p.m.). A "large selection" of DVDs ($5), CDs ($2), and box sets ($5) will be available.

Countdown to Zero: The Darien Library will also at 7 p.m. of Countdown to Zero, a 2010 documentary that "traces the history of the atomic bomb from its origins to the present state of global affairs." The screening is part of the library's One Book, One Community program.

Boards & Commissions: Meeting today at Town Hall are the Darien Beautification Commission (9 a.m., room B-3), the RTM Rules Committee (room 119, 8 p.m.), and the Board of Selectmen (7:45 p.m., room 206), the last of which will hear a presentation from Choose to Reuse and discuss a possible tree commission ordinance.

DHS Delay Tuesday: A reminder that will run on a 90 minute delay tomrrow to allow faculty to conduct an accreditation self-study required by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Students should arrive for a 9:10 a.m. start time, and buses will run on a 90 minute delay.
