Disorderly Conduct Charges for Husband, Wife

An argument became a "minor physical altercation," Darien police said.

After a couple got into an argument and it became physical Sunday night, Darien police officers were called to the scene and charged both the husband and wife with disorderly conduct.

The argument started when the couple were on their way home to the Avalon Apartments complex at 137 Hollow Tree Ridge Rd., then it became a "minor physical altercation," police said.

After police officers went to the couple's home at about 8:15 p.m., they issued misdemeanor summonses to both the husband, 43, and wife, 39, for appearances Monday in state Superior Court in Stamford.

A search of the Connecticut Judicial Branch website on Wednesday did not show a record for an appearance for either the husband or wife.

Mr. Gurliacci, Who, what, when, where, why and how: the basics elements of news. If any element is missing the story is not newsworthy. If it is not newsworthy there is no reason to repeat the information (or lack thereof).

I'd love to read all your articles that include all 6 of basic elements you listed, who do you write for?

One that demands all that AND fact checking. (That means using a secondary source not having the original source repeat itself.)
