Disorderly Conduct Charges for Husband, Wife

An argument became a "minor physical altercation," Darien police said.

After a couple got into an argument and it became physical Sunday night, Darien police officers were called to the scene and charged both the husband and wife with disorderly conduct.

The argument started when the couple were on their way home to the Avalon Apartments complex at 137 Hollow Tree Ridge Rd., then it became a "minor physical altercation," police said.

After police officers went to the couple's home at about 8:15 p.m., they issued misdemeanor summonses to both the husband, 43, and wife, 39, for appearances Monday in state Superior Court in Stamford.
