Metro-North is advising commuters to anticipate possible delays and service disruptions because of the potential for heavy, wet snow and high winds in the area.
The MTA and will be monitoring road and driving conditions throughout the day. It's also possible that they may have to cancel some bus service should conditions become hazardous. They are warning commuters to use extreme caution when entering and exiting trains.
