Saving Money on Metro-North Trains

Are you spending more money than necessary to ride the Metro North Railroad? Jim Cameron has the story.

Few would argue that getting from point a to point b on the Metro-North Railroad is no bargain; and in a few short months, commuters may well see a 1.25 percent fare hike to help pay for the new M8 cars.

That said, CDOT and Metro North are doing their due part to help the commuter, cutting costs wherever they can. Chairman of the Connecticut Commuter Rail Council and Darien resident Jim Cameron also has a few tips for riders watching their purse strings.
