Slideshow: Senate Hopeful McMahon Tours Darien

The Republican businesswoman and former World Wrestling Entertainment CEO hit several spots around town during a campaign stop.

Republican U.S. Senate hopeful Linda McMahon made a campaign stop in Darien Wednesday, swinging through several town institutions and businesses on a balmy afternoon. The tour took the businesswoman and former World Wrestling Entertainment CEO through The Depot, Kelly Associates, the Darien Chamber of Commerce, EspressoNEAT, and several other locations. First Selectman Dave Campbell, State Rep. Terrie Wood, and selectman Jerry Nielsen also accompanied McMahon, who will face businessman Peter Schiff and former congressman Rob Simmons in the GOP primary on August 10.
