Roundly defying the heat, Darienites turned out in droves this weekend to hunt for bargains or pass the time at the town's annual Sidewalk Sale and Family Fun Days. Nearly 80 merchants participated in this year's event, which also featured live music, an obstacle course, slides, and other family-friendly activities.
