While things are a bit slower now (everyone seems to be on Cape Cod!) there are some great houses on the market and this is a good time to be looking without the competing crowds. September and Fall will be here before we know it!

A little commentary on the Rowayton open houses:

33 Wilson is really a steal at this price of $899K. It had started out in the $1,400's, and has come down down down. This is a ton of house for the money. Yes, it could use some work, but mostly cosmetic.

I must say, I really thought 111 Highland Ave. would fly right off the shelf. Granted, it hasn't been on very long, but it has the charm of a farmhouse with amenities of today on nearly an acre—unheard of in Rowayton!

12 Oakleigh Ct is a unique and special home. An 1800's house that has just been added onto and renovated, it sits on a gorgeous landscaped property made private by a wall and trees and is just 2 blocks from town. Enchanting, sylish, contemporary—must be seen.
