Letter: Board of Ed Candidate Silsby Has Energy, Experience

To the editor:

We enthusiastically support Shannon Silsby’s candidacy to the Board of Education. We are confident that with her solid background in community involvement she will work tirelessly to create an environment that promotes the education of Darien’s children.

Her successful management career in major corporations has prepared her to work with people of different points of view and backgrounds to come together for the good of our children.

As a neighbor for over 10 years we can speak with confidence that she is bright, energetic and capable. These qualities she embodies will serve the board well. Shannon has our enthusiastic support.
