Letter: Darien GOP Chairman: Get out and Vote!
GOP Chairman Jim Palen: "On Tuesday, we have the opportunity to vote for an outstanding Republican slate: 17 volunteers who have committed their time, talent and energy to serve."

Lincoln once said “Elections belong to the people. It's their decision. If they decide to turn their back on the fire and burn their behinds, then they will just have to sit on their blisters.”
On Tuesday, we have the opportunity to vote for an outstanding Republican slate: 17 volunteers who have committed their time, talent and energy to serve. Although only two positions are contested – Board of Education and Tax Collector – the importance of casting your vote in support of each candidate should not be diminished.
