Letter: Silsby Creative, Hard Worker, Works Well with Others

To the editor:
I'm not sure why you wouldn't vote for Shannon Silsby for our Board of Education. If I could vote twice for the same person, it would be her. I've known Shannon for almost a decade and she always goes the extra distance for kids and families in our community.
Her ideas and efforts blaze trails in our town -- one great example is the Mix & Match Dance at Royle, a father-daughter/mother-son dance launched last spring.

Besides my wife, I've never met a woman with better ideas and the ability to accomplish everything that she begins. Her willingness to work hard, desire to help others and ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with others makes her the best candidate for our Board of Education.
Make sure your first vote on Nov. 5 is for Shannon Silsby. I'll be the guy there trying to vote for her twice.
