Letter: Vote for Christa McNamara for Board of Ed
Tim & Stephanie McGraw say Board of Education candidate Christa McNamara is "a bright, caring, objective and level-headed person as well as a good listener" with a master's in education.
To the Editor:
Please join us in voting for Christa McNamara for Board of Education! We have gotten to know Christa over the years through school volunteer activities, as family friends and as a neighbor.
She is a bright, caring, objective and level-headed person as well as a good listener. Her interest in education started in college and graduate school where she received a Masters degree in Elementary Education.
Christa’s interests have always been centered around school and education, as seen in all of her volunteer activities. Christa has been a member of the Darien Representative Town Meeting (RTM) Education Committee for 6 years, Clerk for 4 years and has been the Vice Chair for the past 2 years.
She is committed to ensuring that the best education is available to our kids while being mindful of the cost to taxpayers.
