CONNECTING WITH THE CAMERA: The Keys to Delivering Truthful Acting on Camera

Back by popular demand!  This beloved course introduced this past fall is an intensive, fun and informative two day workshop where participants of all skill levels will learn invaluable techniques and trade secrets to acting with the camera in film, television and commercials. All participants in the workshop will work with the camera in all genres - using the same scripts that professional actors currently employ. Participants will learn the fundamentals of acting on a set, such as: being believable, being relatable, where to focus, eye lines, hitting your marks, pacing, listening, memorizing, cold reading, multiple takes, camera set ups, and audition techniques. While receiving instruction and critique, participants will also be given fun and insightful real world stories from the instructors. At the end of the workshop, participants will receive a digital copy of their work to study, enjoy, and have as a memorable keepsake.
