Dr. Jeff Helfand, Mondays @ 7 Member, to Instruct the Group on ID Theft, August 12, 2013

August 10, 2013 – Have you ever wondered about the potential risks of
freely providing your social security number, date of birth or other personal
information? Do you ever worry about the hazards of job hunting, banking or
online purchasing as it relates to personal information?  Mondays @ 7 Member, Dr. Jeff Helfand, will answer
these questions and more.

Dr. Helfand’s background includes sixteen years private practice medicine
in Rheumatology, teaching appointments at two medical colleges, as a speaker
for several pharmaceutical manufacturers and a medical practice management
consultant and speaker. He collaborated with an IT advisory company, trying to
develop a new paradigm for medical practice management advice and consulting,
and had a special interest in personal information privacy and security
issues.  Jeff has lectured to physician
groups and medical societies, on identity theft, personal information privacy
and security compliance issues as well as other practice management issues.
