Beginning Canasta classes start in February at the DCA

The Darien Community Association is delighted to announce a new Beginning Canasta class starting in February.

For those new to Canasta, our next Beginning Canasta class will be held over 3 consecutive Wednesdays, February 6, 13 and 20, from 9-11am.  In this class instructor Sue Ozanne will teach students the flow of the game, how to create melds, point values, scoring and going out, as well as tips on strategies to help their partnership come out ahead.  This 3-session class is $80 for the public, or $60 for DCA members.

Reservations are required only for this class, which is limited to 12 students. Please contact the DCA to enroll at info@dariendca.org, or by phone to 203-655-9050 during office hours of 9am to 3pm Monday through Thursday, or 9am to 12pm Friday.
