Let the DCA help you break the winter blahs with a night of chocolate indulgence! Chef Richard Barbour leads his “All Things Chocolate” class on Wednesday, February 6th from 6 to 9pm.
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, students will make flavored ganache and dip them for truffles, dipped and chocolate-painted strawberries, and a dessert of chocolate pasta with raspberry sauce. Techniques for handling, tempering, and storing chocolate will be covered as well, and all are encouraged to bring some wine to enjoy with! (We’d suggest a red!)
