FIRST COUNTY BANK SPONSORS WAVENY CHAMBER MUSIC SOCIETY CONCERTS

STAMFORD, Conn., Oct. 9, 2012 ─  The Waveny Chamber Music Society’s 31st season is being sponsored by First County Bank.  Pictured above is First County Bank’s New Canaan Branch Manager Aitza Cabrera and society Treasurer Roy Winkles.  The photo was taken at the New Canaan Society for the Arts Carriage Barn Arts Center, located at 677 South Ave. in New Canaan (off Exit 37 of the Merritt Parkway).  The Waveny Chamber Music Society brings musicians from the world’s concert stages to New Canaan at reasonable prices.


The next concert is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 13, at 4 p.m. and features cellist Narek Hakhnazaryan.  The season continues on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at 4 p.m. with the Voxare String Quartet, followed by the Sunday, May 19, 2013 concert at 4 p.m. with the Linden String Quartet.  Individual tickets are $30 available at the door prior to the concert.
