YWCA Parent Awareness and Darien Library present Letting Kids Fail:  Building Resilience


Donna Volpitta, Ed. D. Author of The Resilience Formula:  A Guide to Proactive—NOT Reactive—Parenting and Edward Moran, Social Worker,  Family Centers will speak on the topic of Letting Kids Fail:  Building Resilience on Thursday, October 11th 9:30 to 11:00 am in the Darien Library Community Room.  Volpitta and Moran will discuss why children need challenges to learn and grow and give parents strategies to encourage independence and responsibility in their children.  This program is offered FREE of charge.  Registration is recommended:
