Lucky Tails Animal Rescue

Lucky Tails Animal Rescue, A Foster Based Dog Rescue Group to be at Village Critter Outfitter on February 16th

New Canaan, CT, February 4th, 2013 – Village Critter Outfitter is hosting an adoption event this week at its store geared to anyone that is looking to adopt a dog from a local rescue group or interested in fostering any of the animals until a forever home is found.  On Saturday February 16th, Lucky Tails Animal Rescue will be visiting.

Lucky Tails Animal Rescue, a Connecticut based, non-profit dog rescue that is dedicated to saving the lives of homeless dogs. Their mission is to save the lives of unlucky dogs that end up in kill shelters, to have no more homeless dogs in Connecticut and to educate the community about puppy mills and proper pet care.

“We welcome Lucky Tails Animal Rescue for a chance to make a difference in a homeless pet’s life”, explained Shirleen Dubuque, owner of Village Critter Outfitter. “Fostering any of these dogs is another way to provide food and shelter to these homeless dogs.
