The DCA presents an evening of hands-on learning and fun as you prepare several scrumptious pasta dishes under Chef Barbour's expert tutelage.
Students will make their own fresh batch of pasta, followed by Sausage Bolognaise, Creamy Alfredo, and Crab Ravioli in Red Pepper Cream. The class will enjoy these creations together with a salad and perhaps a glass of wine (BYOB).
Throughout the evening, Chef Barbour will offer techniques that may be applied many ways, along with helpful ideas and hints throughout.
