Some 300 friends from across Lower Fairfield County come together each year to enjoy a spectacular evening at Darien’s Wee Burn Country Club. Guests give record-breaking contributions to celebrate the greatly expanding work of the Carver Foundation of Norwalk.
Last year, Pepperidge Farm and Dr. Elizabeth Morgan of the America’s Promise Alliance were honored. Keynote Speaker, Ray Dalio, CEO of Bridgewater Associates, spoke movingly of the need for all youth to receive an excellent education. Governor Dannel Malloy mingled with guests on the veranda overlooking the expanse of the golf course and the live auction display.
