Mulligan: Come Help Dogs Get a Second Chance at Paws in the Park
Dogs get a second chance at life this Saturday in Norwalk.
Mulligan, every golfer knows the term.. it's the word used when a player gets a second chance and when a dog gets adopted from a shelter, that dog gets a second chance at life.
Last month in Greenwich, Adoptadog held a great event called Puttin' on the Dog, several dogs got a mulligan and now have new forever homes and loving families.

As a groomer I often meet dogs that were rescued from a shelter. Sometimes the owner tells me right away, sometimes I learn about the adoption only after discussing the dog and the grooming experience we had just completed and sometimes it's when I hear the new pet's name is Mulligan; that always brings a smile to my face.
On Oct. 6 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., PAWS (pet animal welfare society) is hosting another opportunity to enjoy a great family day that centers around our pets. Paws in the Park is being held at Taylor Farm Park in Norwalk.
