So that means you can keep focusing on making legs long, strong, and lean after a summer of tennis skirts! Let's pretend we are ballerinas. Grab a sturdy chair. Go into first position. Heels together, up on toes, bend your knees out and squat down, keep your back straight, neck long, and free arm out to the side (while the other arm holds on to the chair for support). Do three sets of ten, take it nice and slow, finish the last set and hold it high on your tippy toes so you feel a burn in your calf muscles.
